1. Refund Eligibility
We want every student to feel confident enrolling with us. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Before Course Starts (Pre-Commencement): 100% full refund if cancellation is requested before the first class session begins.
- Within 3 Days of Course Start: 75% refund if you attended 1–2 sessions and wish to withdraw. A processing fee of 25% is retained.
- 4–7 Days of Course Start: 50% refund, applicable only if fewer than 4 sessions have been attended.
- After 7 Days or 4+ Sessions: No refund is available. However, you may transfer to a future batch within 6 months at no extra charge.
- Corporate Training: Refund terms for corporate programs are governed by the individual training agreement/contract signed with the client organisation.
2. Batch Transfer Policy
Instead of a refund, you may opt to transfer to a different batch (same course). This is available under the following conditions:
- Batch transfer request submitted at least 48 hours before the original batch start date — No fee
- Batch transfer after course has started — ₹500 transfer fee
- Maximum of one batch transfer per enrollment is permitted
- Batch transfer must be to a batch starting within 6 months of original enrollment
3. Course Cancellation by DatabricksTraining.com
In the unlikely event that we cancel a scheduled batch due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances:
- Students will be notified at least 72 hours in advance
- A 100% full refund will be issued within 7 business days, OR
- Students may transfer to the next available batch of the same course with priority seating
4. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our end (platform outage, login problems), we will either:
- Extend your access period by the affected duration, or
- Provide a recorded replacement session at no additional cost
Technical issues on the student's end (internet connectivity, device problems) are not grounds for refund.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email info@databrickstraining.com with subject line "Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]"
- Include your enrollment ID/receipt number and reason for refund
- Refund requests will be acknowledged within 1 business day
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
- UPI refunds: 1–3 business days; Bank transfer refunds: 5–7 business days
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Certification exam vouchers once issued or redeemed
- Course materials (PDFs, resources) once downloaded
- One-on-one mentoring sessions once completed
- Any additional services purchased as add-ons
