Venu spent 14+ years building and running data platforms at L&T Infotech, Capgemini, Brillio and Manthan Systems before moving to training full time. That background is why the courses on this site spend as much time on skew, cost, schema drift and design reviews as they do on syntax — those are the things that actually decide whether a pipeline survives production.
He teaches every session on this site personally. There is no rotating panel of instructors and no pre-recorded substitute.

100-hour advanced programmes from ₹24,000. Internals, performance tuning, cost engineering, three reviewed portfolio projects and an architecture defence. For engineers already working with the stack who want senior-level depth.
How we teach
- Live, in small batches. You can interrupt. A recording cannot answer the question you actually have.
- Labs from day one. Roughly 60% of each session is you writing code, not us talking.
- Real scale. Datasets large enough that bad choices actually hurt — the only way tuning lessons stick.
- Cost as a first-class topic. Every masterclass has a cost-optimisation module. That is what separates senior from mid-level.
- Code review. Your project work gets read by Venu and comes back with comments.
- Honest scope. We tell you what a course does not cover and what else you will need.

All times IST. Weekday and weekend batches run in parallel; every session is recorded and you keep lifetime access.

What we do provide is a portfolio you can defend, a resume that reads like an engineer wrote it, mock interviews with real feedback, and preparation for the vendor certifications that matter. Placement assistance is a best-effort service, not a guarantee — that is stated in our terms too.
