These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of databrickstraining.com and any training service provided by Sreyobhilashi IT. By using this website, booking a demo, or enrolling in any programme, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or enrolled through an educational institution in the case of college workshops, to book a paid programme. By enrolling you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete.

2. Services we provide

• Live instructor-led online training in Databricks, PySpark, AWS / Azure / GCP data engineering, Generative AI, Claude and agentic AI, Multi-Cloud DevOps, Snowflake and dbt, including Airflow and Kafka within the relevant programmes.
• Study material, class recordings, hands-on lab guidance and doubt-clarification sessions.
• Placement assistance — resume review, mock interviews and referrals. This is a best-effort service and is not a guarantee of employment.
• Corporate training and college workshops on custom terms.

3. Enrolment and fees

• Fees are listed on each masterclass page and are in Indian Rupees, exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full, or as per an agreed instalment plan, before access is granted.
• Cloud provider charges you incur in your own AWS / Azure / GCP / Databricks accounts during labs are your responsibility. We publish cost guardrails and teardown steps in every lab.
• Vendor certification exam fees (Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, Google, Snowflake) are paid directly to the vendor and are not included in our fees.

4. Batch schedule and changes

We may reschedule a session, change the trainer for a session, or postpone a batch start where necessary. We will notify you in advance and, where a batch is cancelled outright, offer a full refund or a transfer at your choice.

5. Intellectual property

All course material, recordings, code and documentation are licensed to you personally for your own learning. Recording our live sessions, sharing your login, redistributing material, or reselling any part of the course is prohibited and will result in termination of access without refund.

6. Code of conduct

We expect respectful behaviour in live sessions and community channels. Harassment, disruption or sharing of pirated material are grounds for removal without refund.

7. No guarantees

We do not guarantee employment, a specific salary, interview calls, or that you will pass any vendor certification exam. Outcomes depend on your own effort, experience and market conditions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the programme in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of employment or business opportunity.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the date you enrol.
