Refund & Cancellation Policy
When a refund applies to a Sreyobhilashi IT masterclass, how much, and how to request one.

At Sreyobhilashi IT we want you to be fully confident before enrolling, which is why we offer a free demo class before any payment. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel an enrolment.
Key principle: attend the free demo first. Only enrol once you are satisfied with the trainer, the content and the teaching style.
1. Free demo class
Every prospective student may attend one free demo class with Venu Katragadda before making any payment. No card or advance is required. Book one on the contact page.
2. Refund window after enrolment

| Before the batch start date | Up to 90% refund (10% retained for admin, payment gateway and processing charges) |
| Within 5 calendar days of batch start and you have attended no more than 2 classes | Up to 70% refund |
| After 7 calendar days of batch start, or after attending more than 5 classes | No refund. You may transfer your seat to another batch, subject to availability |
| Once course material, recordings or lab access has been shared | No refund, as digital content has been delivered |
3. Non-refundable items
- Fees for completed batches.
- Fees for one-on-one mentorship, resume review or mock interviews once the session has been delivered.
- Corporate training where a signed agreement or purchase order overrides this policy.
- Third-party certification exam fees and cloud provider charges incurred in your own accounts.
4. Batch transfer instead of refund
If your circumstances change, you can move your seat to any future batch of the same masterclass at no extra cost, subject to availability. Transfers are permitted once per enrolment.
5. Cancellation by us
If we cancel a batch outright, you get a full refund or a transfer to the next batch — your choice.
6. How to request a refund
Email venujustforu@gmail.com from the address you enrolled with, stating your name, phone number, the masterclass, the batch date and the reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Payment-gateway charges already incurred are not refundable.
